FAQ
Do I need to keep my PC or phone on?
No. Rok Cloud is a cloud RoK bot, not software on your PC, so your account keeps running 24/7 with your devices off. You only need a browser to configure it and check status, and the app installs on your phone like a regular app.
How does it log in to my game account?
E-mail and password, e-mail and code, Google or Facebook. Other methods (Apple, guest accounts…) are not supported yet.
Can I run several accounts?
Yes. Each game account uses one subscription, and you manage them all from one page.
What happens during game maintenance?
The app shows a notice with the expected reopening time. The bot rests while the game is down.
How do I renew?
Message the admin on Zalo or Discord before your subscription expires.
